My Story
For more than a decade, I have worked at the intersection of negotiation, sales, and human influence — helping professionals navigate the conversations that shape their careers and define their futures.
But in recent years, something fundamentally changed.
Artificial intelligence began reshaping how we work, how we communicate, and how decisions get made. Information became infinite. Speed became expected. Leverage shifted.
Yet amid all this technological acceleration, one truth became unmistakably clear:
The professionals who thrive are not the ones who avoid difficult conversations — they are the ones who know how to influence them.
I wrote Magnetic Influence because negotiation is no longer a niche business skill. It is a modern professional meta skill.
Today we negotiate constantly — salaries, promotions, resources, partnerships, expectations, influence, and time. And increasingly, we are doing so in environments shaped by algorithms, automation, and AI-driven insight.
The future does not belong to those who compete with machines.
It belongs to those who become unmistakably human whilst understanding how to use AI to assist them.
This book was born from a simple realization: while technology continues to advance, the ability to persuade, connect, and create trust has never been more valuable.
Throughout my career in technology sales and high-stakes commercial partnerships, I saw firsthand that the greatest opportunities rarely go to the most qualified — they go to the most influential.
Not the loudest.
Not the most aggressive.
But the most magnetic.
Magnetic Influence is the culmination of years spent studying negotiation psychology, emotional intelligence, strategic persuasion, and modern decision-making. It is designed to help a new generation of professionals communicate with clarity, negotiate with confidence, and lead conversations that truly matter.
Why now?
Because the rules of influence are being rewritten in real time.
Why me?
Because my life’s work has been understanding how great negotiators think — and translating those insights into practical frameworks that work in the real world.
Why you?
Because whether you realize it or not, your career, your leadership, and your future will be shaped by the conversations you are willing — and prepared — to have.
My belief is simple:
Influence is no longer optional.
Negotiation is no longer occasional.
Your ability to shape outcomes is your greatest professional advantage.
And in an AI-driven world…
Being magnetic is what sets you apart and gives you an edge.
Believe it is possible.
